DUE TO RESTRUCTURING AT CW-X USA, IN FEBRUARY 2018, CW-X SOUTH AFRICA CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. ANYTHING & EVERYTHING PURCHASED SINCE FEBRUARY IS SOLD AS “VOETSTOOTS” AND NO EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.

Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR) and includes VAT.

Prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this website are only valid online at the time shown.

Payment Options

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Purchases can be made using SnapScan, Masterpass and PayGate. Payments via EFT can be arranged.

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the 3-4 days for delivery provided payment is validated. We endeavour to ensure that you receive your order within one week of payment.

Should the product not be in stock, we will contact you to inform you.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Contour Distributors (Pty) Ltd will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

 Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment appears in our bank account.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset to ensure that your goods are delivered. All consignments are insured to the value of R3000. Risk and title pass to you once a signed POD (Proof of Delivery) is obtained. Should your order become lost/stolen in transit, we will replace your order at no cost to you and process the insurance claim for recovery to us.

Delivery Fees:

  • For orders over R1500, deliveries are FREE to main centres throughout South Africa.
  • For orders under R1500, deliveries are R100 to main centers throughout South Africa.
  • If you live in an outlying area, there is a delivery fee of R185 irrespective of order value. This fee will be highlighted to you during checkout.

Expected Timeframes:

  • Delivery takes place during office hours. Unfortunately you cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery. There are no deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays.
  • Delivery timeframes depend on the your delivery address, postal code and selected delivery option.
    • For central JHB and CT: usually 3-5 working days.
    • For other main centres and the JHB and CT surrounds: usually 5-7 working days.
    • For outlying areas: usually 5-10 working days.
  • Arrangements can be made for collections or drop offs at Johannesburg running clubs.

 Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
